Join the forum discussion on this post - (1) PostsI have yet agained survived going to a male dentist! Last week I completed the second step in my smile make over. I had three hours of Dr. Mark Sweeney looking over me with only a few inches between us. I will admit, I had to take two pills for my anxiety, but once again I am just as excited to be taking the first steps in getting comfy with a male dr.
I am so excited to be writing my book. Over the years I have started so many rough drafts, none of which have gotten past a few hundred words. Earlier in the week, I was talking to a woman who is becoming a great friend of mine. She too was horribly abused by her step father. Our stories are not 100% the same, but we do know how each other feel. I am so thankful to have found her. We talk almost daily. I finally asked her what is the type of book she wanted to read. Her answer has inspired me beyond great belief. I am so excited to be writing my book! Thus far I have over 11,000 words, the furthest I have ever come. I wake up just wanting to write.
